The Sooners entered the day with a four-stroke lead but could not hold off a surge by Texas Tech, which topped OU by three strokes to win the event for the fourth consecutive time.
The Tulsa men shot its lowest round of the tournament to finish 11th. Sophomore John Young Kim fired a career-best 4-under 67 to jump into a tie for 12th in the final tournament standings.
