Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or anxious. What is stressful for one person is not necessarily stressful to another. It is also related to anxiety which is a feeling of apprehension, nervousness or fear. The source of this uneasiness is not always known or recognized, which can add to the distress you feel.

Stress is a normal part of life. In some regions, stress can be helpful for it can motivate and increase productivity and the work you do.

However, too much stress, or a strong response to stress is harmful. You can be very poor in your health and have both physical and psychological diseases, such as infections, heart disease and depression. Continuous stress can cause anxiety and unhealthy behaviors such as overeating and alcohol or drugs.

Some drugs, both recreational and medicinal product may cause symptoms of stress or anxiety due to side effects or withdrawal of the drug. Some of them are:

3.Benzodiazepines (after stopping)
4.Bronchodilators (for asthma)
5.Caffeine
6.Cocaine
7.Cold remedies
8.Decongestants
9.Diet pills
10.Marijuana
11.Nicotine
12.Thyroid medications

In the other hand, there are ways to defeat or lessen too much of stress involvement. Here are some tips on how to handle them.

1.Never use nicotine, cocaine, etc.
2.Eat a well-balanced, healthy diet. Don?t overeat.
3.Exercise regularly.
4.Try to read healthy books that can help you.
5.Get enough rest and sleep.
6.Learn how to relax in some ways to regulate yourself from anxieties and stresses.
7.Limit caffeine and most especially alcohol.
8.Take breaks from your work. Make sure to have time hanging out with people you want to hang with to have relaxation.

If stress always bothers you, you need to have medical attentions or treatments, recreation, or refreshments. One of the best solutions is having a sharing buddy to whom you can share your problems or anxieties with. Telling it to others can ease the anxiety, nervousness or loneliness that you are feeling.

If you are alone, and you think that you can no longer linger on your stress, it is better to call your doctor or health care provider especially when you feel the following:

1. You are feeling an extreme chest pain especially when it goes with breathing difficulties or shortness, dizziness and extreme sweating. These are signs caused by a heart attack which can be at the same time a feeling of depression.
2.You are thinking to commit suicide.
3.You have dizziness, fast breathing, a racing heartbeat that makes you unreleased, or if it is worst ever.
4.You cannot work functionally or correctly at home when thinking of some matters that bother you most.
5.You have no idea where in the world your anxiety is coming from.
6.You have feeling of panicking.
7.You have great uncontrollable fear ? for example, when you think of things that scare you most.
8.Your anxiety is being triggered again by a traumatic event happened once in your life that you cannot forget.

It is also helpful to ask your doctor if some of your prescribed medications cause stress and if so, ask for some other alternative medications.

In case of emergencies, call emergency hotlines or 911 for help. They can assist you in any problems that bother your feeling and causes you to have too much reaction with stress.

To find solutions to what causes stress, just call your health care provider or your physician and ask them what causes stress to give you more tips and solutions to your problem.
